Become one of the world's best supply chain engineers. An immersive, cohort-based experience designed to change how you think, build, and lead.
You were hand-picked for this cohort because of the way you engage with supply chain problems. Crescendo is built for people like you — technically and intellectually curious, and ready to operate at a different level. This pilot is free. Your seat is reserved. All you have to do is show up ready to build.
Most supply chain training teaches you the tool. Crescendo is designed to change how you think. The pace is aggressive. The projects are practical. Future cohorts will be paid. Your spot in this pilot is on us.
Each week requires approximately 10 hours of total engagement. Your two live sessions on Monday and Wednesday account for 3 hours — both are mandatory and part of your weekly commitment. The remaining 7 hours go toward async project work, peer review, and finalizing your deliverable. The commitment is real. So are the results.
| Activity | Format | Time per Week |
|---|---|---|
| Monday: The Lyric Show | Live session via Teams Mandatory | 90 min |
| Wednesday: Office Hours / Co-Build | Live session via Teams Mandatory | 90 min |
| Project work | Async, self-paced | ~5 hrs |
| Peer feedback | Async, via Circle | ~2 hrs |
| Total | ~10 hrs |
Live trainings. Video content. Certification tracks. Every platform does this. It teaches the tool — but it doesn't transform the person using it.
The best supply chain professionals don't just build models — they design decisions and earn the room. That combination is rare, and it can be built.
AI-forward, analytically rigorous, and impossible to ignore. We're not teaching skills — we're building a new kind of supply chain professional.

Cross-company, cross-industry — people like you
Supply chain decisions are technical and political. The best engineers win not by math alone — they combine quantitative rigor with the ability to move rooms. Crescendo is designed to get you there.
One of the most underrated parts of Crescendo is who you'll be in the room with. Twenty engineers from different companies, different industries — giving each other feedback, sharing approaches, and building professional relationships that outlast the cohort. The community is part of what you take home.
Crescendo doesn't just teach supply chain meta-skills — it teaches you how to leverage AI to move faster and build better than any previous generation of engineers. Using Claude as a co-builder, you'll go from idea to working prototype at a pace that wasn't possible before. This is the skill that defines the next decade. Note: a Claude subscription is required.
Pick a decision from the decision mesh. Figure out how it could be solved with the Lyric catalogue. Build a base-minimum synthetic input dataset to feed that note. Implement it. Use the Blue Note result reports to make a report with recommendations.
How are apps different from analyses? Apps are gateways for less-technical users to access the math. Build an app that lets your teammates run an optimization and make a decision — without needing to understand what's under the hood.
Browse the Lyric catalogue and select one or more notes that genuinely interest you — or that you think could be valuable in your world. Build the narrative around them: the insight, the business case, and the story that moves leadership to act. This is what you present in Chicago.
Presentation, industry guest speakers, breakout rooms, and a live build exercise. This is where the week's challenge is set. 90 minutes at 3:30 PM EST.
Bring your blockers. Get unstuck. Push your project forward alongside your cohort and the Lyric team. 90 minutes at 3:30 PM EST.
| Day | Activity | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monday 12:00 AM | Circle Opens | New week kicks off, your challenge is posted |
| Wednesday Midnight | First Draft Due | Submit to Circle for peer review |
| Thursday | Peer Feedback Due | Review and comment on your cohort's work |
| Following Monday | Final Draft Due | Before the next live session begins |
Come to the Lyric Office in Chicago for one full day. You'll present your Week 3 narrative in front of the full cohort — your peers, the Lyric team, and guest experts. That evening, the whole group celebrates together.
Your cohort's home base. Post work, give peer feedback, follow along with the weekly rhythm, and stay connected between sessions.
The platform you'll use to build every project — from synthetic datasets to full end-to-end apps and narrative analyses.
Every Monday and Wednesday live session runs here — 90 minutes at 3:30 PM EST. Both are mandatory.
